I am a BDO account holder. My aunt from US will make a bank transaction with you specifically remittance. She needs some details like your ABA #. Do you have one? My branch is in Luneta Hill, Baguio City
Pasensya na po sa late reply. US banks lang po yung may ABA number. Mas maganda kung pumunta kayo directly sa BDO Lunete Hill. Dun kayo mag tanong personally. Thanks. 🙂

BDO is very strict when it comes to this matter. Personal appearance is a must. You may also report your problem to the nearest BDO branch near your province if available. 🙁
Hi BDO! I am presently living in New Zealand…I have filled all the requirements in the online banking form but my contact number makes it invalid so signing up failed, what must i do? I need to be able to log in so i can monitor my savings how is it going.. I tried to check my balance through atm using other banks’ atm booth but it doesn’t accept….please have some recommendationd if you’ll be able to read this….thank you.
Check first if your account is still valid/active. Make sure your that sim card is registered in the Philippines. Try to use other web browser(Firefox/Chrome) when registering. If nothing happens, go to https://www.bdo.com.ph/contact-us 🙂

Try to register that account with BDO online. The system will tell you if it is inactive or dormant.
Hi. what is the BIC code for Baguio Branch – Abanao square.?
Thanks
The same rin po sa Swift code yun. Thanks
It say need 2 valid id’s. I only have 1 valid id (passport) im a fulltime mom. What can i do?
Any IDs will do as long as it is not expired and it bears your current address. However, government issued IDs are still preferred over any IDs. If you still don’t have any IDs, get some Postal ID at the post office. It is the fastest way to have a valid ID. 😉
