Baguio City is the Summer Capital of the Philippines. It is a good resting place during dry season because of its good cool weather and natural scenic beauty. Recently, It is now becoming a commercialized city because of uncontrolled development. Pollutions are every where brought by strangers to Baguio and because of the diversity of cultures.
Baguio City today is not good as in the 70′s, 80′s and 90′s and many claim that the Summer Capital of the Philippines should be relocated somewhere else untouched by development with the help of the Legislature.
