Go to your bank and ask for deactivation of the lost ATM then request for new one. However, secure first an affidavit of loss from any notary public before going to the bank. Affidavit of loss may cost around 100-200 Pesos or go to the Public Attorneys Office if you have no money. 🙂

Valid documents po yun. baka yung old postal id yung ginamit nyo. Meron na pong bagong postal id ngaun. Pwede rin po yung philhealth kaya lang bka hindi rin updated yung nasa inyo kasi incorporated na sa unified id system yung philhealth. 🙂

Your son pressed wrong password more than two times. Your problem is really big. Personal appearance is a must.You must execute a special power of atty. to enable anyone to get your card. It must be done within a week or your Atm card will be deactivated. Problem: your not here in this country. Solution: Let your son open a new account in his name assuming he is not a minor or if he is a minor, accompanied by a guardian. 😀

He cannot use your account. However, you can instruct the bank to auto debit an amount to his new account or just deposit directly to the new account of your son. All you need to do is call the bank or register your account to online banking to do online transaction.

Register your account to online banking. You can do online transaction but you can’t withdraw thru atm machine
